No, you can e-mail us a scanned document or an electronic file of the document to be translated in order to make a quotation or to make the official translation. However, we need to see the original document to compare it with its translation when you pick up the official translation. We do not need to seal the original document. The official translations seals of an Expert Translator are stamped only in the translation we make.

We charge translations based on the amount of translated text. Our rates are based on the amount of translated target words, and not on the amount of pages. To make a quotation we always need to see the document whether in physical form in our office, or via e-mail.

Yes, but we charge an additional fee.

Yes, our translations can be used anywhere in the world, because they contain the seal and signature of the Expert Translator certified by several legal entities in Mexico.

Yes, in Monterrey and its metropolitan area we have courier service. In any other part of Mexico, or abroad, we send translations through a private delivery service at an extra cost.

Payments can be made by electronic means through PayPal or Dineromail, through deposit/transfer, or in cash when you visit our office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
